GIDDYUP INTERWEBS! Another incredibly beautiful Indianapolis wedding comin’ atchya!

Sarah & Chase

The morning started with a scrapbook; each bridesmaid, along with her mom and other various close family and friends, designed a spread (two pages) full of memories, stories and photos. Sarah read each section aloud and it was the sweeeeetest thing ever.  After hearing it all, I even had to join in on the heart dump. I couldn’t resist! Below… that’s Sarah with her sister Maggie. 🙂

Meanwhile Megan was with the guys. The groomsmen were all telling stories about Chase. Boyyyy oh boy did I love hearing Megan re-tell some of their stories! Don’t let his perfectly coifed hair fool you; Chase is a wiiiiiild guy I tell ya!  Needless to say, they were all relieved that no one was taking video. 😉

Second Presbyterian is such a beautiful church!

Side note: I encourage all photographers and videographers to be respectful during all ceremonies so that churches don’t have to have such strict rules in place and ruin it for the rest of us. 😉

I recently posted this PSA to my Bobbi Photo Facebook page: Many churches have very strict rules for photography; most of which do not tell the couples who are getting married of these rules and they find out the hard way.  For example, I once photographed a wedding day where we weren’t allowed in the sanctuary during the service; after they walked down the aisle we had to sit in the foyer and wait until the recessional.  Many churches require photographers / videographers to remain in one spot or remain in the back of the church / balcony so that we don’t cause a distraction.

Bottom line: be sure to ask the church coordinator / wedding officiant when you’re booking your ceremony venue so that you aren’t blindsided by these rules.

PSA over. 😀

After the ceremony, Sarah’s feet hurt so badly that she decided to switch into her reception shoes a bit early. Chase was happy to help. 🙂
