This view tho?! Side note: I pride myself in being respectful, gutsy, and covert during a wedding ceremony. My personal rule: I do what I gotta do to get the shot as long as I am not a distraction. The second I feel that I’m being noticed, I adjust fire.
Usually during the church exit I get the view from the back and Megan gets the view from the front. I love seeing all of these faces!
The SummerDance festival was happening at Millennium Park during our scheduled portraits. In the midst of shooting I noticed that there was a Brazilian line right ahead… so we had to get a photo in front of it! You see, on a wedding day I like to embrace what is really happening rather than try to disguise it. For example: if it’s raining, then we’ll go outside with an umbrella. If there’s an unanticipated Festival in the midst of portrait time, then we chase down the dance lines and take photos in front of it. 🙂 This is the story of your wedding day, let’s stay true to it and not Fake News! 😉

It was an incredible wedding. All was full of love, good wishes, beautiful details in the ceremony and in the party. The food was delicious and seeing again friends and family was unforgetable.
