My favorite redheads are back!
…and they’re now miniature grownups. WHENNNN DID THIS HAPPPPPPEN??!?!?
Annnnnd… as expected, their parents are still ridiculously good looking.
Someday when they run for office they’ll use this image to show everyone how much they’ve always loved America.
This is one of those rare sessions that I shot on my own. I was carrying three cameras, I looked ridiculous.
FYI, all of my cameras are the same just with different prime lenses. Prime lenses are lenses that don’t zoom, also known as “fixed focal lengths.” Now your question is, “why not just use a zoom lens and carry one camera?” I find prime lenses to have better color and are sharper too. Your next question, “why not just zoom by walking closer or further?” The answer: because different focal lengths have different effects.
…back to their condo.
I love this family so much. For those who are new to my blog, Ryan and Andrea are two of my best friends. To put it into perspective I photographed August’s birth and I also happen to be their godmother. Yeah… best friends fo’real!
One of my favorite photos of all time happens to be of these two beautiful girls in their old home’s iconic window seat. I’ve been taking photos of their family in that window seat since before they had kids. So THIS photo is my recreation in their new urban dwelling. I happen to love it. A lot. A LOT!
You two are just perfect.
Thank you for being my framily.
Much love friends,
